We firmly stand behind all of our products and take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn items for a prompt refund or exchange, subject to the terms below:
Due to health regulations and the safety of our employees no worn panties, boy shorts, g-strings or any other items covering intimate areas may be returned. This includes hosiery, bodystockings and teddies. Please inspect the garments once they arrive for defects, correct size, and coloring prior to putting them on.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of the items delivery date to avoid restock fees.
Items must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. The Return/Exchange form must be included with the shipment. The form can be found on the backside of this sheet.
Please remember that shipping charges and/or gift wrap charges can not be refunded. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, the purchase price minus the standard shipping cost ($8.95) will be credited.
When you send in an item for exchange we will ship the new item to you free of charge via standard delivery.
Any costume order placed between October 20th and October 31st may only be returned for store credit or exchange as long as the costume is in perfect condition. No refunds will be given during this time frame.
Our 20% restock fee only applies for the following returns/exchanges:
Items postmarked after the 10 business day grace period.
Any item that smells of smoke, perfume, or has been exposed to pets and pet hair.
If the item is ordered and then refused or returned to sender.
Unclaimed expedited shipments.
Any bent boning on corsets or bustiers as well as poorly packaged returns that cause damage to the item.
