Shipping Policy

For your convenience, we offer a few different shipping options. All of our products are shipped discreetly in plain, FedEx, or USPS packaging. Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same day if in stock. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping Options:

Free Shipping (4-7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

FedEx Overnight (1 business day)

*FedEx can not deliver to APO's or PO Boxes

*FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight will require a signature by default upon delivery


International Shipping Options:

Standard First Class International Mail (7-21 business days) - Available only to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. 

USPS International Priority Mail (6-10 business days)

FedEx International Priority (1-5 business days)

Transit times are an estimate only, and may vary depending on your location. During any of the holiday seasons, shipping can take longer. Any weather or mechanical related problem will also add extra delays to shipping - we cannot be held responsible for those delays.

International Customs:

International shipping times may vary slightly based on customs. Any fees incurred through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are required by law to fill out a customs form for every international shipment stating the package contents and value of each item.

Free 2 Day Shipping:

We are happy to announce free 2-day shipping on all U.S. orders over $75! Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the United States and is shipped via FedEx. Returns for free 2-day shipping orders will incur a restock fee to cover the original shipping fee. Please see our Return Policy for more information. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered based on the tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Packages will be left in your mailbox (if they fit) or on your door step if you are not home. If you live in an area that has had problems with deliveries in the past, please make sure you will be home to receive the package or have it delivered to a secure location. 

Back Orders:

99% of our inventory is always in stock and ready to ship. If an item from your order is on back order, we will notify you via email of the back order status. If we are unable to get a hold of you, we may ship out a partial order. Please check your email daily to find out about back orders right away and to let us know if you'd like to wait on the back ordered item, exchange it for a different item, or have it removed from your order.

Multiple Shipments:

We have fulfillment centers located all across the United States. In order to ensure the timely delivery of your order, we may ship some items from separate warehouses. If this occurs, you will receive emails containing multiple tracking numbers for your order.
