RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible unworn items within 30 days of the order date for a refund, subject to the terms below.
- Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- When trying on items that include a panty or stockings, please do not try on that part of the item. We can't accept it if it has been worn.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee.
Items that can't be returned
Due to health regulations and the safety of our employees, the following items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason:
- Any item that smells of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Items that have been worn, soiled, or laundered (this includes deodorant stains)
- Items with the tags removed
- Items that have been exposed to animal hair
Returns that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted and will be returned to you.
How to return
Mail your return with the shipper of your choice. We highly recommend insuring the package for the value of the returned item and asking the shipper for a tracking number so it can be traced if lost. Please include your order number with your return.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and most are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchange policy
We are unable to process direct exchanges. Please return your merchandise and place a new order on our site.
